Where to go to find quests, so you don't wander around most of your in-game time.
What quests to accept and what to reject. Some quests are simply too time consuming for exp-point reward. Some are better to be skipped, the same quests that pro-players are routinely avoiding when leveling their characters.
Which quests are worth the time to complete – You shouldn't take too easy quests that will give you too little reward for your effort. And you shouldn't take quests that are way above your level that will just cause you frustration to gain just a few extra exp-s. What you need is optimal quest for your character level. 
They tell you to complete 1 quest on the other side of the map while all your other quests are only 30 seconds away.
