3. What are the steps I need to take to sign up for my review web sites?

5. How does my web site work?

6. I have not received my email from you telling me my site is done and it has been 1-2 business days?

If you do not receive your web site within 1-2 business days, a couple of things have happened:

1. We did not get all of your information and we are trying to get a hold of you through the email address we have.  We have yet to receive a response from you. Please email us at support@ekohgroup.com with your ClickBank purchase receipt for your web sites.  When you purchased the web site, they email it to you.

2. We sent you the details of your new site but the email went to your spam or bulk folder. Please look for it. If you do not find it, email us at support@ekohgroup.com.

7. How does the web hosting fee work?

You are charged a Web Site Hosting Fee of $29.95. This is for hosting your web site on our servers.  This is a monthly fee and you may cancel at any time.  Please note that if you cancel the monthly hosting, your web site will no longer be active.
