"I want to tell you that these videos are fabulous.  I concur that I have had Adobe 7 for four years and couldn't tell the tail from the head even until today.  Your tutorials lessons have made me feel like a genius in about an hour.  Thank you for your ability to relate these tools and how they operate in the simplest form possible." ~Stan H

"Finally...Photoshop tutorials for the rest of us!"

Finding Photoshop too hard to learn? Are you getting lost with all the Photoshop tools?  Do the Photoshop books scare you away? I'm willing to bet that you are a visual learner and can more easily learn from watching someone do something rather than reading some lengthy, boring, book... right? Well my friend, your wait is over!

Introducing...  "Photoshop Magic For Newbies!"

Hi, my name is...      Fabian Barajas and I have my own photography business. I shoot digital and it's no secret that I love Photoshop. I have been using it for about 5 years now. At first I was very intimidated by it. At one point, I even uninstalled it from my computer thinking I could never learn the darn thing. I eventually reinstalled it and purchased several Photoshop Books (which had more pages than I cared to count) and searched the web for lessons that I could use and easily master.

Needless to say, my search led me down     many dead end roads. Many of the tutorials were dull and boring or simply did not   apply to my photography business. It was time consu- ming to search and separate the good from the bad. I wanted to take my photos to the next level. As a result, I have often times came up with my own way of doing things in Photo-shop that other so-called Photoshop experts would consider unorthodox or just plain wrong. But to me, the only thing that matters is the end result.

Take a good look at the images you see here. I have personally edited these photos with EASY to follow techniques that you too will learn in my new video series, "Photoshop Magic For Newbies." Just imagine mastering Photoshop in less than half the time it would take you if you were reading some lengthy boring book If you are looking for videos on, "how to straighten out a building" or something else to that effect, you have come to the wrong place. No offense, but I have chosen to create videos that portrait and wedding photographers would be interested in, especially the beginners. You see, I speak from experience. I have another website where I created Photoshop video tutorials for photographers wishing to create their own digital backgrounds. You can view the website by clicking on this link...  www.digital-background.net            Many of my customers from that website have written to me asking if I am producing anymore Photoshop videos. They have seen first hand how super easy it is to learn Photoshop by watching my videos and you will too!            There is no denying, Photoshop is the most powerful photo-editing program out there. I am committed to helping you understand this program in the shortest amount of time, especially if you are a beginner. "Photoshop Magic for Newbies" consists of 10 video tutorials covering a wide variety of techniques I personally use to enhance my pictures. Here are just a few things of what you can do using "Photoshop Magic for Newbies".

Digital Makeovers

A very easy to follow along tutorial that will teach you the basics of digital makeovers and how you can easily apply these techniques to your images! (Sample Image Included)

Color Sepia Tints

This is a very popular video tutorial designed with the newbie in mind to make learning a breeze. Getting that antique look sprinkled with a dash of color will make your images look OUTSTANDING! I'll show you how! (Sample Image Included) There is also a blooper in this video that is very funny.

Painting Effects

Super cool techniques are shown here to help give your images that painting look. You will positively be anxious to try these techniques on your images. (Sample Image Included)

This is a very fun tutorial. You can get very creative with this. There are so many uses for these covers. Sporting events, holidays, birthdays, just to name a few. You can even save them as a template to use them over and over again. (Sample Image Included).

Black/White/Color Tints

This tutorial is a favorite among mothers. This style of portrait is very popular, especially for greeting cards. Now you can get the very same look on your pictures in just a matter of minutes. (Sample Image Included).

Creating and Editing Picture Packages

This is a very simple tutorial showing how you can use Photoshop to enhance an everyday image to look truly amazing. The background is a couch in the living room, but that does not matter because attention is given to color theory which has a great impact on the image. The use of Picture Package in Photoshop is also explained! (Sample Image Included).

Digital Picture Frames

Digital Picture Frames can be simple to do. In this tutorial, I take you by the hand and show you exactly step by step how I created the ones you see here. You will be truly astounded and understand why Photoshop is the most powerful photo editing program today. (Sample Image Included).

Corrective Glamour Editing

This is probably the most requested tutorial. In this tutorial, you will easily learn advance techniques for glamour editing. Girls absolutely love these techniques. From hair highlighting to nose jobs, it's all in here. This tutorial also takes on a more advanced approach to skin softening than the previous digital makeover tutorial. It is a two part series, so, it is actually two videos. (Sample Image Included).

"I do have to say that these videos are an exceptional tool that I could never find anywhere else!! Anyone who intends on using Photoshop should strongly consider investing in your videos. You definitely get straight to the point and speak in layman's terms. You can't beat the cost of the videos, either. The videos pay for themselves just after the first couple of satisfied clients. You actually spell it out better than the "Photoshop for Dummies" books. I love that you are directed for the portrait photographer! The books and manuals cover to broad of a spectrum. I just can't express my gratitude enough.
THANKS AGAIN!!"

~Brenda

"I just wanted to let you know something. Your tutorial was the single best Photoshop lesson I have ever had. It was simple, to the point, easy to understand and just awesome. I truly hope you will do more videos exploring more ways to use Photoshop with photos. I have seen too many that focus on graphics and not enough on photos. Yours was exactly what I was looking for and more. And please, if you come out with ANY new videos, I would LOVE to get an email as I will be one of the first to buy it.

"Fabian...I LOVE your new videos!!!  They are absolutely OUTSTANDING!
I learned what I learned up to now from trial and error and a few online tutorials here and there.  But your video tips are very well organized, EASY to follow, and each had something new for me to add to my photo editing toolbox.  The next best thing about your tips is that they save me a TON of time vs. what I used to do before!!!  WOW - neat stuff!!!
I am GLAD I invested in this!"

"I would like to start off by saying that I am not a professional photographer, or an extremely experienced person on computers, just someone who really enjoys photography and being able to edit my own pictures! With that said, I recently purchased Photoshop Newbie’s and could not be happier! The videos are easy to follow and I am learning very fast just by following Fabian! I had looked into taking a Photoshop course and if you have also you will know how expensive it is just to take the beginner's course, with Fabian’s detailed videos I personally believe that you learn just as much if not more and you have the videos as reference as well!

I highly recommend purchasing these to anyone who is interested in making beautiful pictures! Thank you so much Fabian for your easy to follow videos and I am hoping that you continue to make a lot more for me to benefit from!"

~Renee M

"I just bought your tutorials, and I wanted to email you and tell you how much I have enjoyed them.  I am a newbie at Photoshop, but I do have a fair knowledge of it, and your tutorials have really opened my eyes to even more opportunities to use with the power of Photoshop.  I am a firm believer, from past experience, that you can learn so much more, and so much faster, from watching a tutorial versus reading a how to book.  It is a shame that people would pass up your teachings, not knowing what they are missing.  Thanks for some fantastic training devoted to photographers".

Just to let you know that I have bought Digital Backgrounds and it is the best tutorial Photoshop tips that I have seen for quite some time.

It is incredible how easy you make it happen, and the best of all is, it is so easy to follow your steps.

Thank you very much, your help has really improved my photography.

~Johnny H

"Thank you for the tutorials. They were very helpful. In fact, I have gotten so good now that Walgreen's stopped printing my photographs saying that they look too professional and I need a photographer's release form."

~A.K.

"....As somebody striving to become a self-employed digital photographer, ...I found this to be a perfect alternative, with some stunning results."

~B Moir

"I just purchased your tutorials a few days ago and just had to share this story with you. I have enclosed my "success" picture for you to see.  It is my first attempt at using your techniques to extract a subject from a background. (As you can see, the female has the wispy hair which is so very troublesome.)

Anyway, when I got done with the photo, I uploaded it (along with a few others I did) to a local Walgreen's, as I was anxious to see how they looked printed off.

About fifteen minutes after I did so, they called me to tell me that they could not print my photos off because they were PROFESSIONAL!!!!
I was so flattered, but explained that I had done the pictures in Photoshop. The woman on the phone with doubt in her voice said, "Photoshop?"  Then she proceeded to tell me that I would have to sign a waiver saying that they were not PROFESSIONAL photos.

I just want to THANK YOU again for helping someone like me learn such valuable techniques. They really work!  I hope you will share more of your knowledge with us in the future.  I really enjoy the way you explain yourself in your tutorials so easily! You're the BEST!!!!
Thanks again."
