You get at least 10 times your money's worth!
OK. Let's talk about price. I am going to use some cold hard numbers to show you how I arrived at the price for the book. Let's assume that I can only make one deal per month and I can only make $10,000 on that deal.
Since I average 2-4 hours of work per day, let's also assume I have to work 80 hours to make this deal come together. (That's way, way more than I put in but in the beginning it will take you longer than I take, so let's be conservative.)
If we divide $10,000 by 80 hours, we get $125/hour. So let's say you gave me a call and said,
"Ron, I want you to show me all about investing in Probate Real Estate and I'm going to fly out to where you live and spend 3 days with you so you can teach me." Since we already know I can make a minimum of $125/hour if I work my own system, I'd have to charge you at least $125/hour or I would be losing money, Right?
So let's say I took you to the court house, took you to a couple of title companies, personally instructed you for a couple of days, answered all your questions and sent you on your merry way, I'd have to charge you a minimum of $3,000 ($125 per hour times 8 hours times three days equals $3000) or I'd be an absolute idiot.
Plus, you would have to pay your airfare from where ever you live and your expenses while you were here.
So I wouldn't be exaggerating if I put your training cost somewhere between $4,000 and $5,000. To be conservative so I don't look like I'm exaggerating, let's use the lower figure, $4,000. However, if I told you will probably make somewhere between $6,000 and $10,000 on your very first deal, most people would agree, that would be great value.
