How did I get involved in this ebook? During my midwife career and while writing the Plan My Baby Guide, I kept hearing the overriding themes of, “how can I manage the weight I’m going to gain during my pregnancy" or "am I gaining too much weight?" or "Gosh, I have put on 30 pounds after delivering.
