"I just finished the Healing Triangle course and I have to give it two thumbs up (I would give more, but I only have the two thumbs)! Not only is it full of excellent and useful information, but the techniques really work. While I enjoy working with the energized water, my favorite is the White Light exercise. As I was doing the exercise with my little cat (who seems to be having a bad time recently), I found myself just automatically slipping into the White Light. For a few moments, time just disappeared. I'm sure it wasn't for long, but immediately afterwards my cat jumped off my lap, and headed for his food bowl. He ate ravenously, and then chased one of my other cats around the room for awhile. I could tell that he felt much, much better, and even today he seems more energetic, bright-eyed and full of spunk. I feel pretty good too, and I wasn't even the "target" of the healing!
