It's Not Your Fault
That's right! It's not your fault you haven't got a job yet because you haven't been taught the proper action steps to get your desired career during these tough times.
You see, the job search game has change dramatically in the past two years since most countries are in a recession. Did you know...
A recent study revealed that 94% of job seekers make mistakes that inevitably delay their employment and causes them to fall into the trap of settling for lower paying, unwanted job.
Most of these mistakes are from doing job search strategies that worked 3 years ago... but no longer works today.
The solution I have for you is simple, I want to personally show you how to avoid these mistakes and offer you a proven step by step guide that attracts the career you desire like a super magnet! So...
If you follow my step by step guide, you will save immeasurable amounts of time, avoid unwanted jobs, and save hundreds or even thousands of dollars (you will see why in a moment). Others will think it's luck but you will know better.
Why Are They So Scared To Hire?
Doesn't it seem like employers or hiring managers are afraid to hire? Well, we are not scared to hire but...
One of the top reasons why we disqualify a candidate is because of skepticism. That's why it's important to follow a job search guide that creates a "trusting bond" with the employer or organization because...
Employers are looking for ANY reason to disqualify you. So...
One of the best way to avoid being disqualified is by covering your tracks by doing the "little things" that most job seekers overlook or fail to do properly such as:
-
Making your resume and cover letter "stand out"...
-
Wording your resume and cover letter properly so you don't appear under-qualified or over-qualified...
-
Choosing the proper "buzz words" and keywords to boost your image...
-
Knowing what to say and the do's and don'ts during a job interview...
-
Smoothly getting your salary requirements without seeming greedy...
These are just some of the "little things" that make a huge difference in being chosen OR disqualified so if you can follow my simple job search guide then I believe you have what it takes to be a success story if you don't hold yourself back.

Here's The Embarrassing Story I Kept Secret...
Many years ago, I was a college student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I had no idea that a shocking, incredible experience that took place within ONE week would change my life, and the lives of thousands of job seekers like you.
One day in the dorms my computer was acting weird so I decided to take it in for repair. I picked up the phone and called a cab so I could drop off my humongous desktop computer at the repair shop.
When the cab arrived at my dorm, I got into it and immediately thought that something just didn't feel right. I told the cab driver where I wanted to go when...
All Of A Sudden... Bam!
This clown jerked the cab away from the curb and drove off like a crazy man. No apology, not even a look of sympathy.
I quickly stared at the the cab driver for a moment and he didn't say a thing. However, he had a very disturbing look about him and he seemed very depressed for some reason. But at the same time he looked kind of crazy so I stopped looking at him.
The man couldn't even look at me and he wasn't looking at the road either because he was driving like a maniac! So out of curiosity, I slowly glanced at his ID and I couldn't believe what I saw...
I Was Shocked!
I was so shocked, I nearly chocked on the gum I was chewing. I thought to myself... "No, it can't be! I must need glasses because his ID can't possibly read PhD." I wiped my eyes with my hands and then took another glance at his ID.
Sure enough, my eyes didn't deceive me... I saw PhD. on his license tag. Right away, I thought, "You gotta be kidding me, how does a young man with a PhD. end up as a cab driver?" I was in total disbelief because nobody wants to witness anything like that so...
I got out of the cab hoping that the cab company implanted PhD. on his license to make people feel safer because this guy drives like he's demon possessed!
That same night I couldn't sleep because all I could think was...
WOW! That Was Bizarre, But You
Won't Believe What Happened Next...
On Friday the same week, I got off a bus which had taken me from Madison to Milwaukee where my beloved mother was going to pick me up. My mother is almost always 15 minutes late (I love you, mom!). While I was waiting for her, a young fellow standing nearby sparked up a conversation with me.
His name was Shawn and he begin bragging about his glory days at UW-Madison. Shawn was a genius who graduated with a PhD. but for some reason he seemed unsatisfied with his life.
I told him that I currently go to UW-Madison. Shawn asked me, "where do you stay?" I replied, "In Chadbourne on..." Shawn instantly cut me off and said, "Get out of here man... I did too!" Then he asked me, "what floor?" I said...
The fourth floor. Shawn replied, "Wow... don't tell me that you live in dorm room 420?" Now this is getting a bit weird because...
Now, I'm thinking what are the odds that I would randomly meet someone who used to live in the exact same dorm room as me?
I asked, what do you do now that you have graduated with a PhD? Shawn replied... "I'm a cab driver in Madison." My mouth instantly dropped to the floor!
Can you believe this... Shawn's another one of those cab drivers with a PhD. And I'll never forget what he said next because...
What He Told Me Next Still
Gives Me The Shivers Today...
"Do you know that Madison has the highest number of cab drivers with PhD's in the United States" he asked. "Oh, come on," I said, "give me a break!" "It's true," Shawn insisted. "UW-Madison keeps records on their graduates, especially PhDs and that's what their records show!"
"Sure... there's dozens of PhD. cab drivers zooming around Madison." Then Shawn stared me directly in my eyes and said, "Man, I'm serious! If you don't believe me... just go and ask one of the Deans of UW-Madison. They keep records of all of their graduates and especially PhD. students."
During that time, I was looking for a good job and I have to admit... deep down I was worried scared! I was worried that a good company wouldn't give me an opportunity to prove myself to them. And I was scared that I would end up as a cab driver or worst if my job search didn't turn around fast.
I was beginning to feel like getting a great job was like playing the lottery.
I tried to spend my time doing fun activities with family and friends to take my mind off of the job search but deep down... I wondered if they thought less of me because I didn't have a good job.
Out of frustration, I got fed up with friends and family constantly asking me if I got a job yet and I knew they were feeling sorry for me while thinking to themselves... "When are you going to get a good job?"
I didn't know what to do and I didn't even know the next step to take so...
I Went Absolutely CRAZY!
I went on a crazy rampage to find answers and solutions! And guess what? After many days of searching on how to gain the edge over other job seekers. One concept I realized absolutely shifted my whole job search.
That concept was this... over 90% of job seekers have "No Idea" how to promote themselves for maximum results in their career.
You see, the key is to separate yourself from the 90% of job seekers who are "clueless."
Let me explain...
I'm not saying that the majority of people can't get jobs. I'm saying that the majority of people end up suffering from unwanted, lower paying jobs they rather not have because they were rejected by employers who didn't see them as the missing piece of their company's puzzle.
You have to realize that in the eyes of a hiring manager they're looking to fill a position which is the missing piece of their puzzle.
You see, they're not necessarily looking for the highly educated (PhD's), the best skills, or the most experienced. You probably seen it yourself, where the person who seems the most qualified is rejected. Why?
Employers and companies (especially the top companies) are looking for a solution that completes their puzzle. You have to be able to communicate yourself as "the missing piece" by promoting yourself strategically in your resume, cover letter, and job interview according to their desires (not yours).
Understanding this concept is extremely powerful, because when applied properly, YOU will be catapulted to the top 10% of candidates because the other 90% of job seekers don't know how to prove themselves as the missing piece of the puzzle in the eyes of the best employers and companies.
You have to understand that the desires or a hiring manager or company goes way beyond a job description for a vacancy.
