stress"I don't know what happened. I mean, I used to be a little nervous at times, I used to get a little stressed out here and there, but somehow things have gotten completely out of control. A cycle occurs. If you're focused on stressful stuff, your body stresses, and that stresses you out even more. So what do you do? Stress even more!

Stress + Stress + Stress + Stress + ... + Stress = EXAUSTING!center

Stress is sneaky because it occurs in the background over time...
Most individuals who are under the grip of stress don't realize what it does to them.

  • Stress makes you fat.
  • Stress causes you to forget things.

Your brain thinks you're in danger (stress messes up how your brain and body function) and causes you to be more tense and ready for confrontation.

So, if you're in control of anxiety and stress. You can choose how you want to respond to others. This means NO ONE can push your buttons. You'll be influential, but NO ONE can influence you. You'll have control over your relationships!

You have the power to build amazing relationships, but stress can get in the way, if you let it.
